Need help using this site?

You do not need technical words to get started. Describe what is difficult and what you want to make easier. You can also contact us by email without an account.

  1. Browse services and prices, or go straight to tell me what you need.
  2. Examples show fictional work. You can read them without downloading anything.
  3. Use Client Login for private requests, files and project review. The email option helps you prepare an email and send it in your own app.

Have a complex or technical project? Describe it here. The listed packages are starting points; feasibility and a custom scope are reviewed before agreeing the work.

Start in your own words

What would you like
to make easier?

You don’t need technical words or a service name. Tell me what is difficult and what you want to make easier. Complex and technical requests are welcome too; we’ll review what is possible before agreeing the work.

Sign in with an email code, describe your project and add files if you need to.

Review first. Pay after approval.

Review the whole finished project before paying. Editable originals and final handover follow confirmed payment. See the full process.

Prefer email? Start without an account.

Send an email instead.

No account or file upload needed. Start with a few sentences. For example: “My order list has duplicate rows and missing delivery dates. I need the duplicates identified and the missing dates listed.”

Leave “Not sure yet” selected if you prefer. This does not limit the task you can describe.

Open an email draft

Nothing opened? Select “Copy email address,” open your usual email service, and paste the address into the To field.

Optional: add technical details or a complex request

Start with the result you need. Add any details you already know; you do not need to answer everything.

  • Apps, systems, file types, data size or technical requirements.
  • Current process, rules, integrations or sample inputs and expected outputs.
  • Access restrictions, acceptance checks, dependencies and deadlines.

Describe documents or files in the first email. We’ll agree a transfer method before sharing working data. Do not include passwords, keys or unnecessary personal records.

The simple starting questions do not restrict project complexity. Feasibility, specialist needs and any custom price are reviewed before accepting the work.

Describe the data before sending files. Leave out passwords, payment details, and unnecessary personal records. We’ll agree on the information and transfer method needed for the work.

What should I include in my email?
  1. 1. What is difficult today?A messy file, an undocumented task, or options that are hard to compare.
  2. 2. What do you already have?File types, approximate size, walkthroughs, quotes, or examples.
  3. 3. What would a useful result look like? What should you or a teammate be able to review, decide, or do?
  4. 4. Is there a deadline to consider?Timing is confirmed after the inputs and scope are reviewed.

Cleargrain Docs corrections guarantee

Your agreed deliverable, done right.

You review and approve the finished work before paying. The correction guarantee applies after delivery, including after your approval.

  1. Report a problem within 30 days of delivery. A covered problem is a failure of the delivered work to meet the agreed written scope.
  2. Covered corrections are free. They do not use your included preference-revision allowance. New requests and preference changes remain subject to the revision allowance and written scope agreed for the project.
  3. A clear response and correction window. We’ll acknowledge your report within two business days and correct covered problems within ten business days after receiving the information needed to verify and correct them.
  4. A refund if the covered problem remains unresolved. If we cannot correct it within that correction window, we’ll refund the fee for the affected work. If the covered problem makes the entire package unusable, we’ll refund the full package fee. We’ll initiate the refund within five business days after the correction window ends.

The written scope identifies the deliverables, their fees, and the checks for completion. This guarantee covers the agreed deliverable. It does not guarantee business results.

A few practical questions.

What if I’m not sure which service fits?

Describe the problem and the result you need. Scoping starts there; you do not need to choose a package or technical solution first.

What do the fixed packages cost?

The spreadsheet cleanup pilot and one-procedure pilot are $150 USD each; five procedures are $750 USD. The supplier comparison pack is $250 USD, CRM import preparation is $150 USD, and the intake pilot is $350 USD, subject to a feasibility check. Open-order reporting is $250 USD setup plus $300 USD per monthly billing period for four scheduled updates. Catalog preparation and broader custom work are quoted after review. Each offer has specific limits. Scope, price and timing are agreed first; you review and approve the finished work before paying. Compare all services and their scope limits.

When do I pay?

After you review and approve the whole finished project. We agree the scope and price first. Once you approve the finished version, payment is requested; editable originals, source files and the agreed final handover follow confirmed payment. Ongoing reporting follows the same sequence for the work covered by each payment. Read the review and handover process.

Will you change our live systems?

The cleanup, documentation, comparison, reporting and import-preparation services deliver files for review. The intake pilot can connect approved apps only after a feasibility review, an agreed scope and explicit access permissions. Live ERP changes and broad system access are not included.

When can the work be delivered?

Mention any deadline in your first email. Delivery timing is confirmed after reviewing the files or walkthroughs and agreeing on what the finished work includes.

Are the sample projects real client work?

All examples use fictional data and were prepared to demonstrate the approach. Their available files, checks and limitations are explained in the walkthroughs. They do not claim client results.
