Need help using this site?

You do not need technical words to get started. Describe what is difficult and what you want to make easier. You can also contact us by email without an account.

  1. Browse services and prices, or go straight to tell me what you need.
  2. Examples show fictional work. You can read them without downloading anything.
  3. Use Client Login for private requests, files and project review. The email option helps you prepare an email and send it in your own app.

Have a complex or technical project? Describe it here. The listed packages are starting points; feasibility and a custom scope are reviewed before agreeing the work.

A simple, private worksheet

What will each quote
actually cost to order?

Compare two quotes using the quantity you need and the costs you have confirmed. A fictional example is loaded so you can see how it works.

This free tool compares two quotes. The comparison pack covers up to three quotes and 30 line items.

Start with the example. No files needed.

  1. The invented example below is ready to try.
  2. For your own comparison, replace every amount with the figures on your two quotes.
  3. Select Compare quotes, then read the result. Downloading is optional.
Need help with a missing price, delivery cost or order rule?

Ask the supplier to confirm it. Do not type 0 for an unknown charge. The tool needs a confirmed number in every box.

“Minimum order” is the smallest number the supplier will sell. “Items per pack” is the number sold together. These rules can make you buy more than you need.

This free tool compares two quotes for one item. For several items, other currencies, complicated terms or a technical comparison, describe your full task.

Enter the requirement and quote details

Fictional example loaded. Replace the values with confirmed quote details to compare your own options.

“Load the worked example” restores the invented numbers. “Enter my own quotes” clears the example so you can start with your own numbers. Nothing is saved automatically.

Quote comparison inputs
How many individual items you need. Example: 100. Both quotes must cover the same item.
Quote A
Price for one item in USD, not a whole pack. Example: 2.40.
Delivery cost for the whole order. Use 0 only if delivery is included.
The fewest items the supplier will sell. Example: 120. Use 0 if none.
Items in each pack. Example: 25. Use 1 if sold one at a time.
Required extra charges for the whole order. Example: 10.00. Use 0 if none.
Quote B
Price for one item in USD, not a whole pack. Example: 2.40.
Delivery cost for the whole order. Use 0 only if delivery is included.
The fewest items the supplier will sell. Example: 120. Use 0 if none.
Items in each pack. Example: 25. Use 1 if sold one at a time.
Required extra charges for the whole order. Example: 10.00. Use 0 if none.

All amounts are USD. Tax is excluded. Inputs stay in your browser. No uploads or automatic saving.

Your comparison

Order quantity × unit price, plus freight and fees. Minimum orders and pack sizes may increase the quantity.

Optional: save the result as a spreadsheet file (CSV). The download button becomes available after a valid comparison. Open the saved file in your spreadsheet app.

Reading your comparison

What is included in the total?

  • The tool rounds the order quantity up to satisfy the minimum order and pack size.
  • Blank or invalid costs stop the comparison. Use zero only when the quote confirms that no charge applies.
  • Taxes, financing, currency conversion, inventory value, and unentered costs are not calculated.
  • A lower total is not a recommendation. Check specification, availability, delivery timing, payment terms, and other requirements before deciding.
  • The example assumes 100 equivalent units and confirmed freight, with no minimum order, pack restriction, or other fee.
