What do the file types and technical terms mean?
PDF
A document you can read in a browser or PDF reader.
CSV
A plain spreadsheet file. Open it in a spreadsheet app to see rows and columns.
TXT
A plain-text checklist or template. Open it in a text editor or copy its text.
SOP or procedure
Step-by-step instructions for a task.
CRM
An app used to organize customer or contact records.
Workflow
The steps that move a task from start to finish.

What you receive

  • A cleaned CSV matching one agreed destination template.
  • A field map and change log showing the rules applied.
  • An unresolved-record queue, with one preference revision within the agreed scope.

Price and scope

$150 USD covers one supplied file, up to 1,000 rows, and one destination template.

Only approved exact-match rules are used for duplicate exclusion. Ambiguous matches and missing facts are held for review. Import preparation does not include a live import or CRM changes.

What to provide

  • The source file and the exact destination template or field requirements.
  • Source identifiers, required fields and approved duplicate-matching rules.
  • A reviewer for uncertain matches and missing information. Describe the data before sharing it.

How the work is checked

  • Account for every input row as ready, held or excluded under an explicit rule.
  • Check required fields, formats and destination column mapping.
  • Recheck duplicate decisions and never invent a missing email, company or identifier.

What is outside this package

Contact enrichment, purchased lists, outreach, live record merges or deletions, full CRM administration, and claims about email deliverability are excluded.

What can be automated

Formatting, required-field checks, exact-match duplicate detection and destination-schema checks can be repeated consistently.

A person reviews the exceptions and agreed checks before delivery. Automation does not approve business decisions or expand access to your systems.

Approve the finished work before paying

Start with a brief description and a redacted or fictional example. Scope, required inputs, timing, fees and revision allowance are confirmed in writing first. I prepare the finished work for your review. You approve the whole finished project before payment is requested. Editable originals, source files and the agreed final handover follow confirmed payment.
