Need help using this site?

You do not need technical words to get started. Describe what is difficult and what you want to make easier. You can also contact us by email without an account.

  1. Browse services and prices, or go straight to tell me what you need.
  2. Examples show fictional work. You can read them without downloading anything.
  3. Use Client Login for private requests, files and project review. The email option helps you prepare an email and send it in your own app.

Have a complex or technical project? Describe it here. The listed packages are starting points; feasibility and a custom scope are reviewed before agreeing the work.

Using Cleargrain Docs

Your information and files.

A plain-language explanation of what the website and client workspace handle.

Browsing and contacting us

You can browse services, prices and fictional examples without an account. The quote calculator and intake demonstration run in your browser. The contact page links to the private workspace and offers an email alternative. The email option opens a draft in your chosen app, which you send yourself.

Website hosting keeps routine technical logs, which can include request times, addresses and browser information, to operate and troubleshoot the site.

Your account

When you use client access, your email address is used to send a one-time sign-in code and identify your account. Login emails are delivered through Resend. Essential session cookies keep you signed in; they are not advertising cookies. Sign out on a shared device.

Project requests and private files

Requests, technical details, uploaded files and messages are available in the workspace to the submitting customer and Cleargrain Docs. Additional reviewers are granted access to individual finished projects separately. A submitted request does not agree a price or create a charge.

Client uploads are held in private storage. They are not automatically opened, parsed or scanned for malware. File-type and size checks do not establish that a file is safe. Cleargrain Docs reviews client-supplied material before using it; do not upload passwords, API keys, payment-card details or information you are not authorized to share.

If your work contains highly sensitive information or needs a different transfer method, discuss handling requirements before sending files.

Review, payment and handover

Review notes, approvals, invoice references and owner-confirmed payment records are kept with the project. Payments take place on a hosted Stripe invoice after approval. The website does not collect your card number. Payment confirmation and release of editable originals are currently performed by the owner.

Private previews are separate from editable originals. Someone who can view a preview may still capture or reconstruct it.

Retention and your choices

There is no automatic deletion schedule in the current workspace. Keep your own originals and backups. To ask about your information, correct an account detail or request removal of unneeded project files, contact Cleargrain Docs. We will confirm the requested action and what can be removed before changing records.

Access can be revoked, but revocation cannot recall copies someone already downloaded or captured.

Connection security

The website uses HTTPS to encrypt your connection in transit. Access controls restrict private workspace pages and file requests. These controls are not a certification or a guarantee that every device, email service or downloaded file is secure.
